1. Who you are contracting with

The Viso service ("Viso", "we", "our") is provided by VISO. By creating an account or otherwise using Viso, you are entering into a binding agreement with VISO.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or continuing to use Viso you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

3. The service

Viso is a personal and household finance tool that helps you organise income, expenses, assets, investments, and forecasts. Viso is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not: (a) use Viso for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose; (b) infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person; (c) upload malware or attempt to probe, scan or compromise the security of the service; (d) scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the service; or (e) resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

VISO retains all right, title and interest in and to the Viso service, including all software, design, branding, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms and the plan you have selected.

7. Payments, billing and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. See our refund policy for refund details.

8. Service level and availability

We work hard to keep Viso available, secure and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any particular result will be obtained from using it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if your account presents a security or fraud risk. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention window.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let you know by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
