We want you to be happy with Viso. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- Email us at contact@getviso.io with your order details and we will help you process the refund.
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again. Cancelling on its own is not a refund — if you would also like a refund for the most recent charge, follow the steps above.
